Infertility is defined as the condition where a female has not conceived even after 12 months of unprotected sexual intercourse with the partner. Over the ages infertility has been a stigma in the society and the burden of the same is put on the female most of the time. IVF (In - Verto Fertilization) - In this procedure the eggs from the female and sperm from the male are taken and fertilized outside the body. If the quality of the egg or the sperm is not good then they can be taken from donors. The fertilized egg is then placed into the uterus of the female.
